Six Aussie 60 year olds – another trip, well done Interrailing

We have just got home from our second trip using Interrailing Packages.
Five friends went two years ago through the bottom of Europe and this year six school friends whom are all in our 60’s have just got home from another fabulous trip.
The guys and gals at Interrailing didn’t miss a single step for us.
Their app is so easy to follow, directions, ideas, train schedules, etc, even us oldies nailed it.
We stayed in the major cities, Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Vienna and then Athens.
All our accomodation was excellent, we are solo travellers, so no fuss for them to organise that many train tickets and all our accomodation.
The hotels we stayed at were all excellent and in such great positions in every city.
We had a time change on one of the ferries and we were notified straight away.
We have already mapped out our next adventure with this great company.
We are Australians, so all done via email and I’m fairly pedantic so there was so many emails going back and forth to get our best holiday planned.
We give these guys 5 stars out of 5!!
Hopefully we will get quite a few more trips in too!!

We had a wonderful holiday!

The trains were great – so quick and usually right on schedule. The hotels were very close to the historic centre of every place we stayed – well appointed and such an easy walk to all the things we wanted to see and do. We will definitely be using your services when we book our next holiday abroad.

We would highly recommend using InterRailing for train travel through Europe. Our trip was amazing and trip was well planned and went off without a hitch!! The staff were quick to respond during the planning process and fantastic to deal with. We will definitely use InterRailingPackages again.

Our rail trip was an adventure that we enjoyed very much.

It challenged our brains and increased our aerobic activity to the point that we averaged over 12,000 steps a day. Visiting and touring castles in Heidelberg and Salzburg certainly contributed, as well as exploring the Salt Mine and Ice Caves of Hallstatt. Paragliding was a highlight for my grandson!

Our trip to Italy was fantastic

Our trip to Italy was fantastic. We loved the trains. It was so easy. I love that you explained to us how to get from the train station to our hotels. Of course Naples, Florence, Milan and Venice are all beautiful. All of the Hotels were great with exception to the Venice hotel. Understanding that Venice is an old city and Hotels are old as well. The Venice Hotel was a great location down one of the alleys next to a wonderful restaurant. However, the room was quite small and the shower was smaller than even a cruise ship shower. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower. And the bed was incredibly hard like sleeping on a rock. The Staff was great!
The trip all in all was amazing! And I do feel confident that we will use your company again in the future.

excellent communication with company and i had a wonderful time, all of our hostels were super unique and we felt very safe.

The planning support was excellent

The planning support was excellent, step by step guidance on everything we needed. The directions at each location were faultless and the hotels were perfect. Links to local sights were very useful. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Helpful team, contact at all times

The team had booked our trains and hotels for us as well as seat reservations so we didn’t have to worry about this on our interrail pass.
They were also at hand at all times to help with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time. I wish that the hotels were more in the city centre but we should have requested this upon booking. I would book with them again 🙂

Everything was planned exceptionally by this company, everything was booking and simple to follow.

We loved our trip!

Everything was well organized, and the selection of hotels was incredible. When a last-minute glitch came up regarding a change in train stations for the train we were supposed to take from Budapest to Ljubljana, we had to buy bus tickets to make the trip because that was our only other option. The team reimbursed us for the bus tickets and made sure we arrived safely. The app is very easy to use, too! Thank you for this wonderful experience

Despite some road bumps, we were able to have a fantastic trip with their assistance. Ms. Lisa Maguire was so friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. Give it a go… it won’t disappoint

Interailling packages sorted my travel arrangements, trains and accommodation ( even giving clear directions of how to get there!) Leaving me to check in, get out there and enjoy the experiance.

I spent 2 weeks travelling in Italy Switzerand and France before catching the Eurostar back to London.
I travelled alone and found the whole process of booking to travelling stressfree!

Ireland Trip

For our trip around Ireland, InterRailing booked our hotels as well as our public transport (trains and coaches). The hotels were excellent—mostly 3-star with the occasional 4-star treat. We encountered no problems with our various train and coach connections as the tickets were flexible, and we were provided with very clear instructions about departure times and the locations of stations, etc. Hence, my 5-star review.

Super experience

Everything worked really well. Help was available during the booking process and customisation was easy. The Apps, once set up, were easy to use and were well laid out and easily accessible. Trip was marvellous, Switzerland was memorable and beautiful. Do not miss taking the Gorngorat Cog Railway from Zermatt up to the Matterhorn Summit. We walked down between a few stations and that was fabulous. Walks round St Moritz and Environs were also great. On next trip I’ll be more productive proactive regarding timings and accommodation some could have been better.

Truly a remarkable, seamless experience

I used Interrailing Packages based on a friend’s recommendation, and they made it so easy. I created a custom trip, did everything over email, and the experience of booking was seamless AND the trip itself was incredibly fun, memorable and equally seamless. We LOVED their hotel choices: small, boutique hotels that we would not have chosen, close to center of each city and train stations to minimize transit. I am definitely going to use them again for our next European train/city adventure!

Interrail Revisited 1987 to 2026

We had a bespoke route planned for us, all the train bookings and reservations were managed for us, as well as the Hotels.

The booking process was easy and the team were very helpful in making any changes we requested.

Once the booking was completed the team completed 2 apps for our interrail pass and our Itinerary.

We had once cancelled train and one train impacted by a strike, both times these were resolved to our satisfaction.

2026 Euro Trip

I was looking to rail through Europe and started planning a trip when about halfway through discovered your company. I was somewhat nervous about your product, not being in direct control of train times and hotels. At the end of the trip though I feel you guys did a great job at a reasonable price. I’m sure between me and Dena we bragged about your company more than 30 times during our trip to many who had planned their own trip.
A couple items that I think would enhance your service if possible would be to select all the hotels after the deposit but before the final payment. Check my train class before rebooking, as I did have a train delay that required your help, but you rebooked with seats in a lower class car. Also many directions from the train station start with “when you leave the station”. Many stations have 2 to 4 exits, and this causes some confusion, My phone has a compass, maybe giving me that info could help solve this.

5th journey booked through Interrailing packages.

This was the fifth time using Interrailing packages. And just like the other four times, everything went very smoothly.
The hotels, were very nice boutique level hotels. They were in perfect locations, close to all the sites and very close to the train stations. The step-by-step instructions in the Tinery app made navigating my journey very easy!
The Swiss Alpine dream package should be on everyone’s bucket list. There is always somebody in the Interrailing office to answer the phone if there are any issues during your journey.
I highly recommend using Interrailing packages.
I can’t wait to plan my sixth journey with them.

The booking process was straightforward, and the itinerary was well organized, which made the trip feel easy and mostly stress-free. While not all of the accommodations were ideal, the overall experience was still positive and offered good value for the price. Interailingpackages was especially accommodating and receptive to the many changes I had throughout the booking process, which I really appreciated. Customer support was also helpful when we had questions. Overall, this was a solid option for a convenient getaway, and I would recommend it to others with some flexibility.

I really liked how this trip was packaged.

I’d likely look into the hotel choices more fully next time for locations and amenities, as I had a few issues with those, but any concerns I had were resolved in a reasonable amount of time and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

This was the most epic amazing trip

This was the most epic amazing trip. InterRailing was there for every question, update, and mishap. We had been planning for over a year and just came home!
They helped us plan. They sent updates on forms to be filled out. When we missed a train due to construction they were right there to schedule a new one! 100% recommend.

The trip was fantastic!! The hotels were all very nice hotels and in good locations. The service provided by Interrailing was great! They were very helpful and answered messages and questions quickly. I would definitely book with Interrailing again!

We really enjoyed this trip.

The 4-star hotels were preferable to the 3-star ones we stayed at. We also preferred the hotels that included breakfast, especially since most of the tours started early in the morning. We had a great time and challenged ourselves by learning about how to navigate the train schedules. Interrailing provided excellent instructions on finding where to meet up for the scheduled tours. We especially liked visiting the Plitvice Lake National Park and wished some of the other tours were as awe-inspiring as this one was.

It’s been an amazing experience as a solo traveller,

I’ve met plenty of people from other parts of the world and even fell in love. Now I’m back home, sat here at the wedding, I’m thinking of my next travels. Thanks to everyone at interrailing packages for making this an easy to understand experience.

Magnificent places…

Seeing all those magnificent places outweights all the exhaustion and big surprises that we encountered as first timers. . Nx time i will bring 1 not-so-big-luggage only. As people say, travel light!

Once in a Lifetime trip for travelers in their 70’s – Our Olympic Dream.

Lisa arranged an amazing package for us to visit the 2026 Olympics in Cortina, Italy after a day in Venice and then moved us to Como, Italy and on to Zermatt, Switzerland for some beautiful scenery and skiing at the Matterhorn. The hotels were perfect for us and the train and bus transfers worked out perfectly. Very detailed instructions were shared with us via their Tineri app. I highly recommend InterRailingPackages services for all your European travel.

This was my fourth time using…

This was my fourth time using Interrailing packages. And just like the previous three times, everything was flawless. The hotels were very nice and in great locations. Communication with everyone at Interrailing was very smooth. Whether you book their premade packages or create your own package, I highly recommend them!

3 Month Dream Trip

I’m a 69 year old solo traveler and I just returned from a 3 month trip all over Europe, including a month in Switzerland, then Croatia, Slovenia, Eastern Europe and much more. 15 countries and 30 cities. It was a trip of a lifetime that turned into a dream-trip of a lifetime because of the accommodations Lisa and her team booked for me. They exceeded my expectations. So many balconies which I love! And they book you in the heart of a city so you wake up feeling the energy, usually as close to train stations as possible making getting to my accomodations easy after a day of travel.

I reviewed the train schedule between locations and sent it to Lisa. Then they booked everything as close to my wish list as possible. I like to enjoy my coffee before catching a train, so 7am trains are not my first choice. Not only did they book my train travel for 3 months, they also booked the ferries and a few buses where trains didn’t travel. It went amazingly smooth. If I had a problem like a cancelled train I would notify them and they’d send me a new train schedule with a new seat reservation on the next available train. They were great!

And they worked with me on logistics while planning my adventure which really helped, as well as filling my big Bucket List items. Amazing looking out onto Lake Como from a high balcony in Bellagio. Just do it!!

We’ve used Interrailing three times now and will continue to use them in the future. Great people and excellent customer service!

Interrailing Packages provided us a great vacation experience. We visited 5 Italian cities over 15 days and Interrailing packages arranged hotel rooms and all train bookings. The hotels were clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the train stations. The trains were on time, easily accessible and very relaxing (didn’t need to stress about driving or finding parking spaces, which can be challenging in large Italian cities). Interrailing provided comprehensive and easy instructions for finding hotels and using our train tickets, all on one convenient app. We’ve used Interrailing three times now and will continue to use them in the future.
