Our trip to Italy was fantastic

Our trip to Italy was fantastic. We loved the trains. It was so easy. I love that you explained to us how to get from the train station to our hotels. Of course Naples, Florence, Milan and Venice are all beautiful. All of the Hotels were great with exception to the Venice hotel. Understanding that Venice is an old city and Hotels are old as well. The Venice Hotel was a great location down one of the alleys next to a wonderful restaurant. However, the room was quite small and the shower was smaller than even a cruise ship shower. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower. And the bed was incredibly hard like sleeping on a rock. The Staff was great!
The trip all in all was amazing! And I do feel confident that we will use your company again in the future.

The planning support was excellent, step by step guidance on everything we needed. The directions at each location were faultless and the hotels were perfect. Links to local sights were very useful. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Helpful team, contact at all times

The team had booked our trains and hotels for us as well as seat reservations so we didn’t have to worry about this on our interrail pass.
They were also at hand at all times to help with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time. I wish that the hotels were more in the city centre but we should have requested this upon booking. I would book with them again 🙂

We loved our trip!

Everything was well organized, and the selection of hotels was incredible. When a last-minute glitch came up regarding a change in train stations for the train we were supposed to take from Budapest to Ljubljana, we had to buy bus tickets to make the trip because that was our only other option. The team reimbursed us for the bus tickets and made sure we arrived safely. The app is very easy to use, too! Thank you for this wonderful experience

Despite some road bumps, we were able to have a fantastic trip with their assistance. Ms. Lisa Maguire was so friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. Interailling packages sorted my travel arrangements, trains and accommodation ( even giving clear directions of how to get there!) Leaving me to check in, get out there and enjoy the experiance.

I spent 2 weeks travelling in Italy Switzerand and France before catching the Eurostar back to London.
I travelled alone and found the whole process of booking to travelling stressfree!

Ireland Trip

For our trip around Ireland, InterRailing booked our hotels as well as our public transport (trains and coaches). The hotels were excellent—mostly 3-star with the occasional 4-star treat. We encountered no problems with our various train and coach connections as the tickets were flexible, and we were provided with very clear instructions about departure times and the locations of stations, etc. Hence, my 5-star review.
